Founded and operated by licensed and passionate builder Hayden Moore, the MQB journey began over 20 years ago with a simple, hands-on approach - renovating houses. Originally from the UK, Hayden brought Moore Quality Building to New Zealand in 2018, with a desire to deliver homes that are not only visually stunning but structurally sound for generations. As a master carpenter, he takes pride in creating timeless spaces, built with unwavering precision and genuine craftsmanship.

Today, our team still holds that same commitment — creating architecturally designed homes and renovations that reflect the unique lifestyles and visions of the families who live in them.

We work closely with each client and their chosen architect or designer, ensuring a seamless, supported journey from early plans to final handover.

Most importantly, Hayden leads MQB with a simple philosophy: do it once, do it right. His commitment to quality, attention to detail, and genuine love for the trade are what set him – and us – apart.
