We show up on time. We’re tidy, professional, and fully prepared. Our pricing process is thorough but transparent — typically returned within 3–4 weeks of receiving your draft plans. Then we sit down with you in person to go through the scope, specifications, and build details together, step by step.

And if you come to us with completed plans, we’ll still add value — reviewing everything with a builder’s eye to suggest tweaks that can enhance your budget, timeline, or overall finish.

Here’s how we work:

1. Initial Consultation & Scope
   From your first meeting with Hayden, you’ll get more than a quote — you’ll get a knowledgeable, honest conversation about what’s realistic, what’s possible, and what’s next. We’ll assess your plans (or help you connect with a trusted architect) and outline a tailored approach that suits your vision and priorities.

2. Contracting That Works For You
   We use Certified Builders contracts that are purpose-built for residential construction, giving you peace of mind and legal clarity. Whether it’s fixed-price, labour-only, cost-plus margin, or a preliminary works agreement, we’ll walk you through the best option for your project. For works over $30,000, a formal contract is required by law — we’ll handle the paperwork and explain every detail so you’re never left guessing.

3. Transparent Pricing & Invoicing
   Once draft plans are ready, we start a thorough pricing process that typically takes 3–4 weeks. You’ll receive a clear, itemised estimate — no vague ballparks. During the build, invoices are issued weekly through Xero and due within five working days. Every invoice is broken down with supporting dockets so you know what’s going where.

4. Locking In Your Build
   A standard 10% deposit secures your place in our schedule and is credited back on your final invoice. Once your start date is confirmed, we arrive on time, ready to deliver — clean, organised, and focused on the details — so you don’t have to!
