    Register your referral using this form before their project begins.

  • Step 2

    If they sign a contract with MQB above $50,000, we will confirm the agreement with you in writing.

  • Step 3

    You receive 1% of the signed contract value in the form of a voucher to spend at any local business of your choice.

  • The referral reward will be issued once the referred client has signed the contract and paid the project deposit.

  • Yes - projects must be valued at over $50,000 (GST exclusive) in order to qualify for this programme.

  • Yes! There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.

  • The promotion period begins on 8 February 2026 and can end at any time, without notice. Referrals made before this date (outside of the promotion period) will not qualify for the programme.

  • The referral rewards are capped at $10,000. Contracts exceeding $1,000,000 will still be capped at this amount.

    If, for example, you refer multiple individuals who sign separate contracts, you would still receive 1% of each of the contracts up to a maximum of $10,000.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
• This referral programme is open to all individuals who refer a new client to Moore Quality Building.
• Referrers CAN refer to themselves.

2. Promotion Period
• The promotion begins on 8 February 2026, and can end at any time, without notice. Referrals made outside this period will not qualify for the programme.

3. Qualification for Referral Reward
• To qualify for a reward, the referred client must sign a contract valued at $50,000 or more (GST exclusive) for a new build or renovation project during the promotional period.
• The referral reward will be 1% of the contract value (GST exclusive), capped at $10,000. Contracts exceeding $1,000,000 will still be capped at this amount.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit.

4. Reward Delivery
• The referral reward will be issued once the referred client has signed the contract and paid the project deposit.
• Rewards will be provided in the form of gift cards or vouchers, redeemable at participating local businesses or as a donation to a charity of the referrer’s choice.
• Moore Quality Building will contact the referrer to arrange delivery or collection of the reward.

5. Multiple Referrals
• In the event that multiple people refer the same individual, only one referrer will be awarded the referral fee. The reward will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which referrals were acknowledged by Moore Quality Building via email or text.

6. Disputes and Decision Making
• In the event of any disputes or need for clarification, Moore Quality Building’s decision will be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.

7. Consent for Marketing
• By participating in the referral programme, you consent to Moore Quality Building using your name and photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to their website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

8. Reward Flexibility
• Referral rewards will be issued in the form of vouchers redeemable at local stores or as donations to a designated charity at the referrer’s request.
• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers may have an expiration date, and failure to redeem before the expiry will render them null and void.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• Moore Quality Building reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
